We are truly confident that you’ll love your print(s) or wallpaper.
However should you change your mind, you have 14 days from date of delivery to email us at admin@cotswoldsphotographer.com to arrange to return the print or the wallpaper, and a further 14 days from confirmation of receipt of your message to post the print or wallpaper undamaged and in original packaging. You’ll just need to cover the cost of return postage. You may consider using a trackable shipping service.
Once the print or wallpaper has been received undamaged and in saleable condition we will, send you an email to notify you and confirm your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
Just send an email with an image of the package and print as well as the order number to admin@cotswoldsphotographer.com and we will immediately get a replacement arranged.
We will happily cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.
